Parenting Assessment The goal of this service is to assess the parenting skill of a parent or significant other caring for a child in a safe and professional environment. It also assesses the parent’s or significant other’s awareness of a child’s developmental needs. Though it is a holistic assessment, special attention is paid to areas of concern that have been identified by Social Services, or other professionals. We utilise the National Framework for the Assessment of Children in Need and their Families.
